Stunning views, lovely staff, delicious food

Nice bungalows. Great location. Nice pool and facilities. Beautiful, leafy setting overlooking the sea. Quiet but close to the town, facilities, jetty, etc. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good, but the same every morning! A little variation would have been better, as my friend and I were staying for a week.

Lovely pool and close walking distance to Main Street. Lovely private beach and beautiful views from the restaurant.

We had a great family suite (sea front) that was 2 separate rooms, with a private beach and a chill/tan deck. Was cleaned everyday, we loved hanging out in the room and the beach The pictures do no justice to the place it's more beautiful than I expected

It's a bit far from the walking street (where the restaurants and shops are). Takes 10 min by taxi, 300 baht every ride, or about 30 min by walking. Ofc you can rent scooter, but it's important to know

We thought this was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! The room was cozy but spacious and felt appropriately rustic, with all the amenities we needed. Terrific view and we ended up spending a lot of time on our little deck. Loved the BBQ at the restaurant, which was especially romantic in the evening. The pool was excellent - spacious,

Pretty hotel made up of bungalows on a hill, surrounding a pool and leading to a private beach. The bungalow was clean and cleaned every day and the restaurant had an great view of the ocean in the morning.

A little far out of the way. For a young couple it’s fine (10 minutes to the pier, 30+ to sairee beach) but for anyone else it might be problematic, especially since it’s located on a hill so the whole way back is uphill. In general, the walking distances inside the resort are pretty big, about a 5 minute walk from the parking to the bungalow uphill, even more from the restaurant. The bungalows are private but with one major flaw being that the entrance is right by the big window overlooking the bed, meaning any staff that comes to knock sees right in. The only curtain on the window is a blackout curtain so keeping it closed is irrelevant. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep in, as there was a high likelihood of the staff seeing you in the morning when they come to clean up. This window can also be seen from other bungalows so the general privacy of the place is a little compromised. The walking distances and the hills on the premises can easily be fixed with a golf cart, I don’t know why they don’t offer that service. I will say that they do offer transfer to town from the hotel but that is only twice a day and the last one is at 15:00, making it irrelevant for a night in town. Breakfast options are pretty limited. Checkout time is pretty early at 10:00am, moreso we had staff knock on our door at 8:15 am asking if they can take our bags, even though we had notified the hotel that we will not be taking the early ferry. That just made us feel rushed and in uncomfortable pressure to check out. The English of most of the staff isn’t great so communication can be difficult The pool bar was closed for the duration of our stay. We had to use our cellphones to call the reception and ask them to order drinks for us.

The stuff was really nice. We had amazing view from the room. The pool is well maintained. A small private beach were you can take a kayak. The restaurant is very good and the prices are just a little bit above the average but the restaurant spot worth it.

The breakfast is not more than OK. The location is at the end of the Main Street so in order to get to the center you need to will about 30 min. All the paid services the hotel offers are a bit pricey, but you can find all of them in better price with just 5 min

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had to change our booking due to the severe storm, the hotel answered the email within 30 mins, made all arrangements and no charge. There was a car to pick us up from the ferry. The restaurant has beautiful views across the bay.

Everything was fine.

Very nice staff and a wonderful view from the room over the harbour. The massage was good value for money and very relaxing. The restaurants and beach bar were also very good and comfy. The beach was clean and we always found am empty beach lounger.

Nice hotel with wooden bungalows, clean, close to the beach, 5 mins to other beach and Main Street , good breakfast. A lot of stairs and up&down hills - that was good for us - nice and effective exercises

Sea at the beach is not super clean (water was not crystal clear) because of the port.

Beach in front of the resort is just few meters away from the port, with a large number of dirty ships. Pretty loud at night because of the proximity of the port.

Great breakfast. It's not a buffet but you can choose whatever you want from a menu, as many times as you want. Great variety and fresh flavours. Our room was in the garden and absolutely adorable. Big size pool. The staff was so polite and nice, makes you feel like at home.

The beach is really on top of the pier which make it be a bit dirtier than others in the island. South coast is the best for beaches. You can always rent a bike and explore.

The location is really cool. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. The cleaning so efficient never seen that before. Got always tea and cake for free in the afternoon at the room. View from restaurant was also top at the end of the beach.

The beach is a little bit small and not what we expected.

Excellent hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst travelling around Thailand. The staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.. The rooms were log cabins in the forest, surrounded by beautiful scenery. There is 2 large pools and it's only a short walk to the beach. The main area of Koh Tao is only a short walk away. The island has a lovely laid back feel to it. Would certainly recommend and hopefully will return in the near future.

If you go to Koh Tao to dive, this resort has a perfect location. You can walk 5-10 minutes and you have more than 20 dive centers and places to eat to choose. The decoration of the hotel and the room was beautiful, everything with wood. The restaurant of the Hotel is a little expensive than the ones at the harbour but the quality was very good and you can enjoy also a nice view of the see and the beach. The breakfast quality is very good. It is a buffet but you do not need to go to pick your food. The bring you a menu and choose as much as you want.

The resort needs a remodelling. Although it is beautiful many things are too old. The shower of our room was very small and the water pressure was to low. We also had some problems with flea (I think they came from the cats that very sitting in our terrace) The breakfast to take away is awful. For example they put you the marmalade in a plastic bag and without cutlery.

Exceptional staff member doing public relations/tours. Lauren was happy to share her local knowledge (and yes, your Thai translation helped as we went on our next journey!). Staff in dining room also very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location of resort is good - not far from the piers and shops/restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. Pools were lovely.

A very beautiful & tranquil property in an excellent location The rooms are lovely & clean, & the staff are very friendly & happy. We will be back for our 4th visit next year..
